What's up fam? Today, I'm sharing a bomb recipe for Cheesy Chicken Parmesan Pasta Bake. Trust me, this is guaranteed to have your tastebuds jumping for joy.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 24-ounce jar of pasta sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Now that we have our ingredients, let's get this pasta bake started.
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
- Add the pasta sauce to the skillet and stir until everything is combined.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the chicken and sauce mixture. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour half of the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Add the rest of the pasta mixture on top of the cheese layer. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Sprinkle the chopped basil over the pasta bake and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Remove the pasta bake from the oven and sprinkle the chopped basil, parsley, and crispy breadcrumbs over the top.
- Let the pasta bake cool for a few minutes before serving.
