Ohhhh, have you ever tried Chicken Parmesan Pasta? It is so delicious! I can't get enough of it. It's creamy, cheesy and has some crunchy bits in it, you just have to try it! I found some recipe inspirations online and decided to give it a go. Here's my take:
Chicken Baked Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 pound of chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups of uncooked penne pasta
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain the pasta and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the diced tomatoes and chicken broth to the skillet, stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, stirring until it's evenly coated with the sauce. Transfer pasta to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Chicken Parmesan Pasta Bake

Ingredients:
- 1 pound of boneless and skinless chicken breasts, sliced into cutlets
- 1 pound of penne pasta
- 1 jar (24 oz) of marinara sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add the marinara sauce to the skillet, stirring and bringing it to a simmer.
- Add in the cooked pasta to the skillet, stirring until well combined and evenly coated with the sauce.
- Transfer pasta mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place the cooked chicken cutlets on top of the pasta mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the chicken and pasta.
- Spread the Panko breadcrumbs over the top of the cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the Panko breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked penne pasta, sauce mixture and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined and evenly distributed.
- Transfer pasta mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place the cooked chicken cutlets on top of the pasta mixture.
- Spread the Panko breadcrumb mixture over the top of the chicken and pasta mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

Oven-Baked Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into cutlets
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix together Italian breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, dried basil, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder in a shallow dish. Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cutlets and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Pour marinara sauce over the chicken and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped fresh basil over the top.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

- Serve hot and enjoy!
