  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Press the chicken mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
