Instant Pot Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups of marinara sauce
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons of dried basil
- 2 teaspoons of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Dip each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, making sure the chicken is coated evenly.
- Turn on the Instant Pot and press the Sauté button. Add the olive oil to the pot.
- Place the chicken breasts in the pot and brown each side for about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the pot and pour the marinara sauce over the chicken.
- Close the Instant Pot and press the Manual button. Set the timer to 8 minutes on high pressure.
