Chicken Parmesan Sandwich Cheesecake Factory Calories Top Review

The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints when it comes to their food, and one of my all-time favorites is their Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. It's crispy, juicy, and oh so delicious. Today, I want to share with you my version of this amazing sandwich. Trust me, it's just as good as the original, if not better!

Here's what you'll need:

Parmesan chicken sandwich

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 ciabatta rolls
1 cup marinara sauce
8 slices mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions:

Chicken Parmesan Sandwich (Cheesecake Factory Copycat)

In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Dredge the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, making sure to coat evenly.
Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, making sure to coat evenly.
Dredge the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture again.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Preheat the oven to broil.
Cut the ciabatta rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.
Spread marinara sauce on each half of the rolls.
Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
Place the cooked chicken on top of the cheese.
Top the chicken with another slice of mozzarella cheese.
Broil the sandwiches for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Sprinkle chopped basil on top of each sandwich.
